These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.polyquantlab.com and the related products and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Unattached Limited("PolyQuantLab", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, using the dashboard, calling our API, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What the Service is
PolyQuantLab is a research and data platform for Polymarket prediction markets. We provide:
- Historical and live orderbook snapshots, candles, and trade data for Polymarket crypto Up/Down markets (BTC, ETH, SOL).
- A walk-the-book backtest engine, parameter sweep, and paper trading simulator.
- A Mispricing Monitor that surfaces transient pricing discrepancies between Polymarket and reference exchanges (Binance, Bybit, Chainlink) and a public audit of those calls.
- REST APIs, a WebSocket feed, and webhook delivery for the data above, gated by subscription tier.
2. What the Service is not
- Not a broker, exchange, or custodian. We do not hold customer funds, do not route orders, and do not execute trades on Polymarket or any other venue on your behalf.
- Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All output — backtests, mispricing signals, paper trading results, model-implied probabilities — is provided for research and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
- Not affiliated with Polymarket. Polymarket is an unaffiliated third party. We have no control over their markets, fees, or resolution outcomes. Polymarket is also geo-restricted; PolyQuantLab does not grant you access to Polymarket and does not warrant that you may lawfully trade there from your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet both requirements.
4. Accounts and security
- Authentication is provided through Supabase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- API keys and webhook signing secrets issued by the dashboard are sensitive. You must not share them, commit them to public repositories, or transmit them in plaintext over insecure channels. We may rotate or revoke any credential we believe has been compromised.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account, including all API calls billed against your tier's rate limits.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans (Pro, Plus, Premium) are billed monthly through Stripe. The price and feature set of each plan are displayed at /pricing.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the unused portion of your current plan against the new one.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain your current tier's limits until then.
- Cancellation is one-click from the Stripe customer portal accessible from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you drop to the Free tier; your account is not deleted.
- Refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion (for example, accidental charge or a verified outage materially affecting Service availability). Email contact@polyquantlab.com with the charge ID.
- We may change pricing or feature sets with at least 14 days written notice (via email or the dashboard). Changes apply only to renewals after the notice period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute bulk API output as a substitute for our Service to third parties.
- Use the Service to attempt to manipulate, spoof, or disrupt Polymarket order books or any other exchange.
- Circumvent rate limits, tier gates, or authentication (for example, by registering multiple accounts for one effective user).
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction, including sanctions and securities or commodities regulation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
7. Data ownership and licence
The orderbook, trade, and underlying-asset data we serve is either sourced from public third-party feeds (Polymarket, Binance, Bybit, Chainlink) or derived from those feeds by our processing pipeline. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use this data internally for your own research and trading, including building your own strategies and bots, for the duration of your active subscription.
You retain all rights to strategies, code, and analyses you create using the Service.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime SLA on any tier. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Polymarket, Binance, Cloudflare, Vercel, Stripe), and force majeure events may interrupt the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyQuantLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Backtests reflect historical data and assumptions about slippage, fees, and resolution; past performance does not predict future results. Live signals (arb/mispricing alerts) are model output and may be wrong. You are solely responsible for verifying any signal before acting on it with real money.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyQuantLab's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyQuantLab, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Singapore, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
